Our handcrafted biltong is made from succulent Australian beef and is naturally dried. Smoked gently over locally sourced applewood chips, our Smokey is deep and complex, pairing perfectly with creamy brie and delicate fig. Free from artificial preservatives, nitrates, nitrites and other nasties.
